Grace has applied her strengths in communications, leadership and relationship management to roles in the corporate and non-profit sectors, regularly presenting to audiences of up to 60,000 since age 15. She was awarded the Goldman Sachs Global Leader Award in recognition of her achievements in the community and international leadership initiatives.

She has subject matter expertise in peace + conflict having represented Australia at the Global Leadership Institute in New York engaging with key political, corporate and philanthropic leaders at the United Nations. She is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

As Managing Director of WeThink, Grace consults on impact investment, growth strategy and market engagement, with recent clients ranging from global impact investment firms, charities and hedge funds to multinationals including Google, Clayton Utz and DLA Piper.

Grace is also an internationally renowned speaker having been engaged at international conferences such as the Asian Venture Philanthropy Network Summit Singapore, INSEAD’s Family Office Forum in Geneva, Redefining Early Stage Investment Conferences in Vienna, Taiwan, San Francisco, and Shanghai, the Global Family Office BioForum in Chicago, Australian Healthcare Week, the National Foundation for Medical Research and Innovation conference and Keiretsu Forum APAC. She was the guest singer at the Swedish American Life Science Summit in Washington DC.
